She also was our attorney for another one of Son's and got him custody and handled his divorce. I would hate to know I would have to go to a custody heari...ng without her. Kelly Mcgraw gave horrible legal advice. She is very unprofessional, she yells at her clients and uses very bad language. She does not fight for anything. She withheld important information from me during our case(example. She had meetings in her office with the opposite side in the case and didnt te...ll me or invite me I found out through family members) Her website along with her consultations are false advertising. She will spend NO time on your case. She showed up to my final hearing and asked me for documents regarding the case. She is never prepared. Be careful she will tell you certain information then change her mind after she has been paid. She was actually giving legal advice to the opposite side in this case. I got legal advice from other attorneys that did not agree with the bad advice kelly gave me. If your involved in a case where she is representing the other side, consider yourself LUCKY because you will have no worries!

I spoke to Kelly once during our case, that was at the consultation. Her paralegal was more help in putting our case together than kelly was. In fact the judge caught a mistake kelly should have.. She quoted us a price and in the middle of the case said she would need more money. She went again...st a filing we told her we did not want filed. Don't waste your money on this one.
