terrible lawyer

This guy was a nightmare. He promised legal services to save my house from foreclosure, but provided no assistance at a cost of almost 1000.00 per month. He took two weeks off for Christmas holidays and two weeks off during Mardi Gras, and did nothing in between the holidays for my payments. He... uses coercion tactics of rudeness and passive aggressiveness to ensure you pay his fees. The happiest day of my life was when I stopped paying his fees and applied and succeeded with my own loan modification. "Poor" is a high rating for him, only chosen as that is the lowest score available here

bad experience

Mr.Wilhelm was not an advocate for me. I invested 3,500.00 and received nothing in return except rudeness. I wanted to do a modification but he refused. He wanted me to continue to pay him 500.00 dollars a month until my house went into foreclosure. Seven months after I stopped paying him I am still ...in my home and I am beginning my modification. He did nothing for me except intimidate me into paying him.. I would not recommend his law firm, he is a bad man. The harp and hamp programs can help in the modification process, he told me my life was a disaster and stopped all service, I was happy about that since I no longer wanted to pay him 500.00 a month for nothing. Good bye Mr Wilhelm, thanks for the life lesson.
