Great Lawyer

I came to Winter a few years ago for my divorce, and child custody case. She is very reliable, gets great results for you, and makes it extremely convenient for you to continue with your work life and personal life while, she works hard for you. The Lawyer the you need in your corner

Hiring Winter Spires was the Best Decision

Ms. Spires was recommended to our family by a well known family friend. We are so happy we listened to our friends. Ms. Spires was a true professional and was a pleasure to work with in our matter. Watching Mrs. Spires work in the court room is excellent and the reason why I recieved a very favorable outcome.

I hired Mrs. Spires law firm and did not give them very much time to prepare for my case. It was less than 48 hours actually due to a conflict from a previous attorney. They worked long hours over night preparing for a very important relocation hearing. They had done unbelievable work and found thing...s in my case that my previous attorney had not found in nine months working the case. I believed that all hope was lost in my case and that I did not have a chance. I was completely wrong with the help of Mrs. Spires work in the almost five hour hearing and all of the work preparing for the hearing. I was very very very pleased with the outcome and it was all because of the their hard work and devotion. Mrs. Spires and her firm are honest, always available, upfront and very nice to work with. This is my second child custody case and I have never been this impressed with an attorney. The only regret I have is not hiring Mrs. Spires firm a lot sooner. At the conclusion of my hearing the judge complimented Mrs. Spires as to how good of a job she had done and the opposing side was mutually impressed.

Attorney Winter Spires Specializes in Contracts with Results

I believe there are individuals that are put in positions to help you navigate through certain situations. I would like to personally thank Attorney, Winter Spires, and her team for having the “I am here to help you” attitude from the consultation until receiving the final positive results in ...the mail. She was knowledgeable about the laws governing my case, as well as, abreast of the “do’s” and “don’t” in emergency situations pertaining to my case. Attorney Spires was eager to listen to my story, asked lots of questions and reviewed all evidence that was provided pertaining to my case. Let me add this: it is important to keep documentation, contracts and take pictures when dealing with contractors in the event you have to hire an attorney. If you are looking for positive results and someone to be a champion in your case then book your consultation with Attorney, Winter Spires. Because of her efforts and clear directions, I filed a complaint with the Department of Business Regulation on a contractor and I received positive results. I would recommend hiring Attorney Winter Spires to review your contract before signing it to ensure the contract is accurate and covers you. If you’re passed this point, then the wait is over give her office a call. Unfortunately there are people in business who do not have your best interest at heart, then there are people like Attorney Spires who will be there for two years until her client get results. Again, blessing to you Attorney Spires and keep bringing justice to those you encounter.
