She answered all of our questions and was supportive as we went through a very difficult custody case. She and her staff were always understanding and met each of our... concerns. I do not think I could ever thank Mrs. Petermann enough for all she did for me representing me in my emotional divorce. I read some reviews online and spoke to a few people who went through this process and the ones who had her as their attorney highly recommended her and those who didn't, wished the...y had! Mrs. Petermann was honest and upfront with how things could go based on the laws here. I'll admit I had to ask a few things twice as the process went on because it is like information overload from the start. She explained that a divorce can take up to at least a year and she was right on the money. A few hiccups came up along the way but Mrs. Petermann and Angela handled them beautifully on my behalf and did their best to keep my legal costs to a minimum. This office will work as hard as they can for their clients, and I was blessed to have them in my corner during such a hard time in my life. Thanks Ladies!

Tonya will be up front and lay your options out at the beginning. She'll tell you if your course of action will bear fruit, or is a dead end. She's seen these cases play out for 20 years, and has a good idea of how a case will end. She won't always tell you what you want to hear, but what you need... to hear! That's a big change, and if you look back on an event, that attitude is what can save you time and money.

I was going back and forth with my ex husband regarding a custody issue - Ms. Petermans office stepped in - and handled everything in a very professional, courteous manner. My case seemed to go on forever with constant changes bei...ng requested from the other side - through it all they were very patient, kept me informed - and the end result being my daughter is now home with me for good!!
