I'm sorry that you did not include your name in this review so that I could accurately respond to same. Nonetheless, I will do my best to respond.. I have had highly contested custody cases that did not cost anywhere near $30,000! Therefore, I believe the amount you say you paid the office is a little over exaggerated in an attempt to reflect negatively on the office. If anyone from our office was late, I'm sure there was a reason such as family emergency or illness as our clients are our 1st priority! Further, clients are only charged for actual time spent on their case, therefore, you were not charged for the time that no one was actually working on your case! The legal assistant, Angela, has been with the office for over 19 years. Our office does our best to be as professional and courteous as possible, however, we will defend ourselves if we are being accused of not doing our jobs..perhaps you find that rude. We are sorry that you did not attempt to resolve your feelings directly with our office prior to posting your negative review! However, we continue to wish you all the best!!!
