I switched to Tonya in the middle of my child custody case. It was the best decision I made. I left a well known and highly recommended attourney because I needed the comfort of knowing someone had my back. Her confidence and honesty is exactly what I needed so I could focus on my children and oth...er aspects of my life. The fear and stress over the future of my children's lives was unbearable. The moment I signed the papers a huge weight was lifted off of me. Straight to the point and given the absolute truth even though it's not what I wanted to hear. I highly recommend her. She's down to earth and will not be pushed around or intimidated. I am a strong woman but the stress had me feeling vulnerable and scared. I cannot express enough how grateful I am. It was a relief to be able to step back and send Tonya in on my behalf. I plan on retaining her every time I need help.

I do not think I could ever thank Mrs. Petermann enough for all she did for me representing me in my emotional divorce. I read some reviews online and spoke to a few people who went through this process and the ones who had her as their attorney highly recommended her and those who didn't, wished the...y had! Mrs. Petermann was honest and upfront with how things could go based on the laws here. I'll admit I had to ask a few things twice as the process went on because it is like information overload from the start. She explained that a divorce can take up to at least a year and she was right on the money. A few hiccups came up along the way but Mrs. Petermann and Angela handled them beautifully on my behalf and did their best to keep my legal costs to a minimum. This office will work as hard as they can for their clients, and I was blessed to have them in my corner during such a hard time in my life. Thanks Ladies!

I found her to be very understanding during one of the most difficult times in my life. She did not sugarcoat anything but told me what I was ...facing, what the laws were in Florida especially regarding military law and long term marriages.She was very knowledgeable, always returned my calls and emails within a reasonable amount of time, kept me up to date with copies of everything she filed on my behalf. I can't imagine going through this process by myself. She saved my financial future. I got what I was entitled to and not what my ex thought I was entitled to. Tonya C Peterman and her assistant Angela basically SAVED MY SANITY! I was going back and forth with my ex husband regarding a custody issue - Ms. Petermans office stepped in - and handled everything in a very professional, courteous manner. My case seemed to go on forever with constant changes bei...ng requested from the other side - through it all they were very patient, kept me informed - and the end result being my daughter is now home with me for good!!
