Hired Vanover law firm to represent me in a DUI case and was assured a lot different results than what was delivered. I was told he was confident at beating this case or it being dropped to a lesser charge. I was still charged with the DUI and given the same sanctions other first time DUI offenders w...ere charged with who were being represented by court appointed attorneys for a lot cheaper. I simply refused testing officers tried to administer because I have the right to do so and that they felt was sufficient enough evidence to convict me of DUI without any proof to back up their allegations. These were assumptions based off my refusal and the officers opinion.
