After a discussion of the requisite steps, we left the meeting not ...
We are sincerely disheartened to learn of your disappointing experience with our firm. An initial consultation is intended to provide preliminary guidance but does not provide a format for rendering full comprehensive legal advice on all potential variables in a matter. Regardless, we take full responsibility for not better understanding your expectations for the consultation. We also want to apologize an incorrect mailing address on your documents. We never want to use outdated information for any client, and we will take additional measures to refine our client intake documentation to help ensure this does not happen again. Please accept our apologies for your experience. We are committed to learning from this and to improving our services. If there is anything further that we can do to alleviate your dissatisfaction in this situation, please do not hesitate to let us know. We appreciate the feedback and hope for the opportunity to earn back your trust.
"Trey is no-nonsense, and always prepared. I know I am in for a battle when Trey appears on the other side."
"Mr. Goodwin is a highly-skilled and intellectual litigator. He spends significant time preparing his cases and achieves the best possible outcomes for his clients."
