Best Worker's Comp Attorney EVER

After years of conflict and frustration with the Insurance Company handling my W.C. claim, we hired Brian Carter. Suddenly, the problems went away after Brian became our voice. He is kind, courteous, knowledgeable about the law. Recently, Brian guided us to a settlement with the Carrier. Couldn't hav...e done it without him. We would make the same decision to hire Brian, again. He works for you!

Excellent work Brian carter

Mr. Carter and his staff at Michaels and Booth were excellent in handling my case I would recommend them to anyone. Mr. Carter and his staff kept me informed at all times, even after my case at settled they continue to stay in touch and making sure I had everything I needed. Brian Carter and his team were excellent. This was my first time having to deal with a lawsuit. I was nervous that it would be a stressful headache but, Brian along with his team made it a pleasure to work with him. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field of law. Highly recommended

Not only did Brian Carter and his team win my SSDI case but he also won my Workman’s Comp case a few years back. Brian is an compassionate lawyer. He truly cares for his clients and strives to win what you deserve. I also want to thank Tonya for all her hard work and dedication.
