Workers Comp

While working I fell and injured my knee witch required surgery to fix . After sever weeks of no progress in healing I returned home to be with family in a different state. Due to the severity of my injury I reached out to Mr, Carter. He listened to my concerns and even though I was in a different s...tate he agreed to take my case. Mr. Carter and his staff were amazing. They were very prompt in returning phone calls and keeping me informed with the progress of my case. When it came time to settle my case Mr, Carter litigated with the workers comp lawyers and was able to get fair and just compensation for my injuries. I highly recommend Mr. Carter and his staff!!

Best Worker's Comp Attorney EVER

After years of conflict and frustration with the Insurance Company handling my W.C. claim, we hired Brian Carter. Suddenly, the problems went away after Brian became our voice.
