In 1998 he received his law degree from the University of Memphis where he was selected to the University's litigation clinic. Scott represented insurance companies in the past before joining Whibbs and Stone which allows him useful insight when pursuing claims against insurance companies on behalf of his clients. Scott was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida and lives in Pace, Florida with his wife and two children. Scott practices in the following areas:
