There was no sugar coating of promises but always a noticeable (and very much) appreciated effort that my legal best interest was being represented and the staff would be prepared for whatever direction I chose to go in the case. The legal process does not move quickly and at times can be extremely... frustrating but the entire staff made it easier to keep everything into proper perspective and kept me informed and updated throughout the lengthy process. In the end (several months and court dates later, no fault of anyone's - it is just "The Legal Process") - the charges were dropped.
