At first, Hadley was very responsive, and he won my case quickly. Then I guess I made the mistake of paying him a flat fee upfront to collect the judgement. It’s been over 2 years since my judgement was awarded, and I still don’t have the full amount. He also tried to get more money from me by claimi...ng I had paid him a retainer instead of a flat fee (somehow without signing a retainer agreement). He has quit responding to my e-mails and phone calls. If you feel inclined to hire him, don’t pay him the full amount upfront.

I was so lucky, I used the lawyer referral service, and got Mr. Sanders. He answers his own phone, every time. Within 3 weeks of contacting Mr. Sanders, I had a settlement check in my hand for the full amount of my dispute, to the penny $16,321, plus his entire fee $3,500. The next week I received a ...full refund of my retainer. If there was any negotiations, I'm unaware. Wow. He is the greatest.
