I was never arrested before until recently under suspicion of DUI and was clearly nervous about navigating through the legal system and being stuck with an unfair or excessive penalty. Mr. Dees was phenomenal from the get go. I had met with a few attorneys prior to him, but shortly after meeting him we knew that he was the right lawyer for the job. He is extremely personable and easy to talk to, but also isn't afraid to call you out on your nonsense which is exactly what I was look...ing for. First off.. I am a medical professional and understand how easy being "disciplined" by the medical community is. Its like a hard working trucker being judged and ruined by a single ticket after A 20 yr. Perfect driving record. Frankly it's just unfair and ridiculous.. Mr. Dees is a great defense atto...rney..Period. I was in a very complicated accident. My fault. Charged with reckless driving. Open container. Hit and run. Without a competent lawyer..I was potentially looking at jail time, probation and a criminal record. I left court today with a 5.00 fine from an honorable judge and court fees. Prayers answered. Lesson learned. Just can't say enough about Me. Dees. Call him...he's the real deal...
