Robert Anthony Dees

Mr. Dees was phenomenal from the get go. I had met with a few attorneys prior to him, but shortly after meeting him we knew that he was the right lawyer for the job. He is extremely personable and easy to talk to, but also isn't afraid to call you out on your nonsense which is exactly what I was look...ing for. I was facing a DUI case with several additional very serious charges. Mr. Dees and his office were great at keeping me updated with the details of my case, and they were always very prompt in returning my calls if I had a questions as simple as clarification of terminology or as complicated as to explaining the details of the legal process. He worked very hard and was able to get my case pushed into the veteran's court, which was the best case scenario for my specific case. I am thrilled with the results Mr. Dees was able to achieve, and I truly believe that he accomplished what other lawyers would not have been able to due to his diligence, getting to know me and my progress, and then being able to articulate that information to the state's attorneys office. He allowed them see me as a human being, and I believe that was what steered the case in the desired direction. I will forever be grateful to Mr. Dees for helping me to get my life back on track, and I am now in a better place than I have been in at least the past decade. First off.. I am a medical professional and understand how easy being "disciplined" by the medical community is. Its like a hard working trucker being judged and ruined by a single ticket after A 20 yr. Perfect driving record. Frankly it's just unfair and ridiculous.. Mr. Dees is a great defense atto...rney..Period. I was in a very complicated accident. My fault. Charged with reckless driving. Open container. Hit and run. Without a competent lawyer..I was potentially looking at jail time, probation and a criminal record. I left court today with a 5.00 fine from an honorable judge and court fees. Prayers answered. Lesson learned. Just can't say enough about Me. Dees. Call him...he's the real deal...
