I just spent 15 months in the Santa Rosa County jail. The first half of my incarceration, I was represented by an attorney who literally told me that my case was hopeless and I was going to prison. The only offer from the state was 25 years. Enter Mr. Randy Etheridge. After firing my first attorney, ...I knew I needed to hire Randy just based on what I'd seen him do on other people's cases since I'd been in the jail. He said, "Michael, this morning the judge granted our motion. You're going home!" From hopeless with a 25 year state prison offer to case dismissed and I am at home typing this review! Mr Etheridge is truly an awesome defense attorney. I was charged with burglary criminal mischief and petty theft I was looking at 22 months prison time because of my record. I first had a public defender who said that he could do nothing for me that I was looking at prison time.
