I don’t write many reviews, but when I do, I have reason to. I’ll first start by saying I’ve never met a lawyer so honestly forthcoming with information. I first retained him to represent my boyfriend back in 2005. He did as he said he would. The 2nd time, was for a relative. He would not take my mo...ney or let me retain him. He was straight forward and told me an attorney was unnecessary. I was a bit nervous, but he was 100% accurate. The 3rd time, was for myself. He had the bogus charges dropped, as promised. The last time I hired him was for a friend just a few months ago. Once again, he did as promised. Randy is an amazing criminal attorney. Those of you that gave him 1 star, shame on you! I’m sure there’s more to the story. He is the only attorney I’ll ever hire, though I’m hoping I won’t need his remarkable services a 5th time. Randy, Amanda, and everyone else in his practice, thank you for all that you do! You are incredible and it does not go unnoticed!

This guy failed to file any pretrial motions lied about watching a dash cam video of my sons arrest when there wasn't one to begin with andid absolutely zero investigation other than discovery depos. He recently went through IAC hearing for my sons post coviction relief and lieto judge ..the only thi...ng he dd was releave me of 25,000.

Mr Randy is one of the best defense lawyers in the world if you ask me , everything was against me . They amended my charges to give me more points and try to send me to state prision. The state also had my recording thrown out saying it was hearsay , the state kicked out my legal medical records say...ing it could not be authenticated . Mr Randy looked over at me in the middle of trial and said do you see how hard my job is ? There were three state attorneys and the judge against me but I had Mr Randy . I thought I was going to prision but with his wisdom, wit and experience , Mr Randy secured me a not guilty verdict . I had my family ,business and freedom to lose . I love Mr Randy like he’s apart of my family his opening speech ,cross examining and closing argument is unmatched . I would recommend anybody whose facing criminal charges to hire Mr Randy - money well spent

I just spent 15 months in the Santa Rosa County jail. The first half of my incarceration, I was represented by an attorney who literally told me that my case was hopeless and I was going to prison. The only offer from the state was 25 years. Enter Mr. Randy Etheridge. After firing my first attorney, ...I knew I needed to hire Randy just based on what I'd seen him do on other people's cases since I'd been in the jail. So my family retained him on my case in July 2019. Within a week of hiring Randy, the offer from the state went from 25 years to 15 years. He shaved 10 years off the offer without even doing anything other than putting in his notice to represent me. When Randy came to visit me at the jail, he told me he got the offer down to 15 years, but he said he knew that wasn't why my family hired him and that was only the beginning. Randy was extremely thorough in his due diligence and preparation of my defense. He did all of the necessary depositions in a timely fashion and after depositions he filed an extensive and highly accurate Motion to Dismiss with all of the case law to back it up. The judge heard our motion in December 2019. Randy's performance at the hearing was impeccable. The judge took my motion under advisement and three weeks later, I saw Randy at the jail. He said, "Michael, this morning the judge granted our motion. You're going home!" From hopeless with a 25 year state prison offer to case dismissed and I am at home typing this review! Randy Etheridge is a ROCK STAR. Between the power of God and a rock star lawyer a miracle happened and today I am a free man. I can't thank Randy enough for giving me my life back. If your case seems hopeless or even if it doesn't, Give Randy's office a call. His fees are worth every penny. He is the only lawyer I've ever had that actually cared enough to fight for me.
