I don’t write many reviews, but when I do, I have reason to. I’ll first start by saying I’ve never met a lawyer so honestly forthcoming with information. I first retained him to represent my boyfriend back in 2005. He did as he said he would. The 2nd time, was for a relative. He would not take my mo...ney or let me retain him. He was straight forward and told me an attorney was unnecessary. I was a bit nervous, but he was 100% accurate. The 3rd time, was for myself. He had the bogus charges dropped, as promised. The last time I hired him was for a friend just a few months ago. Once again, he did as promised. Randy is an amazing criminal attorney. Those of you that gave him 1 star, shame on you! I’m sure there’s more to the story. He is the only attorney I’ll ever hire, though I’m hoping I won’t need his remarkable services a 5th time. Randy, Amanda, and everyone else in his practice, thank you for all that you do! You are incredible and it does not go unnoticed!

Hiring Mr. Etheridge is the best decision that I made in my case. He is very knowledgeable of criminal law in Florida and treated me with compassion and respect in my unique situation as well. This guy failed to file any pretrial motions lied about watching a dash cam video of my sons arrest when there wasn't one to begin with andid absolutely zero investigation other than discovery depos. He recently went through IAC hearing for my sons post coviction relief and lieto judge ..the only thi...ng he dd was releave me of 25,000.

I watched my son literally suffer for almost three years on a case that at the time was over five years old. Loosing job after job, home after home, because of an open case pending conviction he lost so much faith due to Florida laws put in place for victims of sexual battery for true criminals. Th...en we ran into a person in our lives who made a difference..who saw his innocence like we did when no one else would fight for him. Randy answered our call in aiding our son to prove he was falsely accused. It was an extremely long road and when we thought he had stopped trying he had just approached things from a different angle making sure he won. Motions were filed and he helped my son be as comfortable as possible while reporting to PTR over every week for almost three years. Every phone call and email from us as parents he was quick to answer calming us making sure we knew he had our sons interest at heart. He fought and fought hard against all objections for two days of trail and at every turn he came back stronger. There was no truth behind the accusations and because of Randy the jury saw it and the verdict of “Not Guilty” brought a huge peace to my family to my son who can finally move forward in his life. I Thank God for using Randy to defend my sons right to a fair trial.

I just recently have had minor legal trouble, so several people I know suggested I called Randy. When I went for my consult he immediately took steps to help me with my case.
