I'm a middle age women whom found myself in BIG trouble. I had felony charges & walked away with probation. Had serious lack of communication problems, one of his highlights was telling me that he would appear in court for me yet when it was time for him to do that if he showed up at all it was an hour late not to mention the one time that I had to go because he hadn't filled out the paperwork yet. Did a... great job getting none of my charges dropped when any public defender could have got them dropped. The only reason I hired them it's because I make too much money and really didn't have a choice, and was recommended buy one of my good friends who for some mysterious reason it just tired Michael J Griffith. In a nutshell know I would not recommend Randy Ethridge!!!

I say this because I have seen several attorney's as of late, he really is top notch in his field. He even does Federal Cases. When we met I was very scared, under financial duress and passionate about taking care of those I loved. Our case was a touchy, sensitive one, difficult to say the least. He always gave me an understanding of the process and always returned our calls promptly. He believed in us, when no one else did!

Mr. Etheridge saved my husband from languishing in jail w/o proper representation from the public defender. By advising us of a very key piece of info that the trusty p.d. failed to acknowledge, Mr. Etheridge told me that I needed to contact the public defender's office & demand action. I did one bet...ter. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. Not only did that supervisor take action in less than 2 hours, she did what the public defender failed to do in a 2 months. When I called Mr. Etheridge back to tell him I was able to get results from that call, he refused to take my money when I asked to hire him. He told me it was because I had already taken care of what he was going to do by calling that supervisor--that everything was already done that could be done. Not a lot of lawyers would admit that--they'll take your money in a heartbeat. That really impressed me. Many have talked about what a beast he is in the courtroom on the defense & i'm sure that's true..but there is also the sweet side as well that is pleasant and welcomed. He calls back personally, not his assistant and he ALWAYS returns his messages. The man tells you to have a blessed day when you hang up the phone. A lawyer? Blessing his potential clients? It is evident he really does care about his clients & I don't believe he'd take a case if he didn't believe in that person. It's also important to mention, I never paid him a dime but he gave us a million dollars worth of advice. I can never thank him enough for what he's done for our family by just offering his time & a sympathetic ear to a worried wife. I'll definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good criminal defense attorney.
