I recently carried my mother in law to meet with Mr. Litvak regarding the preparation of a Durable POA and a combination Living Will/Health Care Surrogate form. Mr. Litvak, as well as all of his office staff, were very knowledgeable and helpful in taking care of my mother in law's questions and conc...erns. The documents were prepared correctly and in a timely manner that even my ornery mother in law found satisfactory. Mr. Litvak is very patient and communicates very clearly to older clients in a manner that most attorneys are unable to duplicate.
