After recently moving to Florida from Arizona, Linda and I had the misfortune of dealing with a General Contractor hired to build our home, near Panama City Beach. Nothing seemed to be going to plan, finally after several thousand dollars of materials went missing from the job, we contacted the loca...l police and were told it would be a civil matter and to contact an attorney.
