Being a victim of not just Hurricane Michael but a crooked contractor as well, I was beginning to think I would never be able to move back in to my home. Then I hired Mr. Warren. Today I am pleased to say that thanks to Mr. Warren, I am able to have contractors working at my house and hope to be able to go home. Without him his experience in dealing with insurance companies, I don't know if I would have ever been able to go home. After throwing up our hands in frustration over an insurance dispute, Phillip took on the case and brought it to a very positive conclusion. The insurance company simply stopped communicating with us (I guess that's a "tactic" they use) and we were getting nowhere. Phillip and his team handled 100%... of the legwork and paperwork, and got our case scheduled for a jury trial -- until COVID stopped up the courts. Eventually he arranged a 'mediation' meeting online with the insurance company and he slam dunked the process. The win wasn't huge for us financially, but you'd have thought it was worth a zillion dollars they way Phillip and his team aggressively worked on our behalf. Highly professional, and spoke plain English rather than trying to impress us with annoying legalese and jargon.
