Biography
Gordon Edward Welch practices in Pensacola, Florida and represents clients throughout Northwest Florida in all family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, visitation or time sharing, modification and enforcement of decrees, parental relocation, paternity, step-parent adoption, domestic violence injunctions, and appeals relating to family law matters. Mr. Welch is directly involved with every client and considers himself personally responsible for what happens in their cases. A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and member of the bar in the District of Columbia and in Florida, he is directly involved in all aspects of his client’s cases and does not delegate his responsibilities to paralegals or legal assistants. As a former Navy JAG officer, Mr. Welch has handled many divorces involving military members or their spouses and understands the unique aspects and demands of such cases.
