About Christy M. Penton:  As a result of my background, I bring a blend of legal, medical, and real world experience to every matter.  Before becoming an attorney, I worked in Intensive Care as a Registered Nurse and later as a manager in healthcare IT and owner of an IT consulting business.  My own family is a blended family that experienced failed estate planning which fractured relationships after my father’s death years before I became an attorney.  

I've seen—from the bedside, from the administrative side, and now from the legal side—how life, health, money, business ownership, and family dynamics intersect.  And I’ve experienced first-hand how failed planning can fracture families, devastate finances, and derail futures.  My mission is to empower you with knowledge and guidance so that together, we can design a plan that protects everything you've worked for and prevents family conflicts in the event of your incapacity or death.
