Carolyn Richardson Ward

I aim to provide valuable expertise to my clients throughout the full life-cycle of their businesses.  In particular, I enjoy supporting my business clients as they grow, and representing my clients, as both buyers and sellers, in transactions involving business purchases, sales, and mergers.  I understand that each client is unique and aim to learn as much as possible about the business and industry of each client in order to better anticipate their legal needs, manage their risks, and earn their trust as a respected advisor and valued member of their team.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to represent clients on a number of complex, high-profile corporate transactions, including M&A transactions in the health-care consulting, professional employer services, gaming, and manufacturing industries, to name a few.

As a native of Pensacola, I feel invested in the success and growth of the Gulf Coast region of Florida, and am thrilled to be able to experience daily the recent revitalization of downtown Pensacola.  I aim to further support that growth and revitalization through my volunteer work with Pensacola Little Theatre, Impact100 and other community non-profits, and am proud to be part of a firm that actively supports community involvement.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, acting and tap-dancing on stage at the Pensacola Little Theatre, and reading novels.
