Insurance Claim Settlement

Mr. Hancock assisted me with an insurance claim for water damage to my beach home which was caused from heavy rains over a period of days. The insurance company hired an adjuster whose claim covered only 25 percent of the actual damages. After hiring a public adjuster, Mr. Hancock, was able to repr...esent me through the rest of the process to receive a settlement that was more in line with the actual damages and the amount I paid for repairs. Mr. Hancock was up front and honest with me from our first interaction to the time a settlement was reached. He didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear, but rather what was reality and in my best interest. It helped tremendously to have someone who I could count on and trust throughout the process. Additionally, Mr. Hancock continued to follow up with me after the settlement was reached to ensure funds were received and deposited even assisting me with getting the mortgage company to properly endorse the funds I was due. I can't recommend enough the value and professionalism of Mr. Hancock. He understands the needs of his clients and does a terrific job guiding his clients through an emotional and stressful process. I hope to never need these types of services again. However, if I do need similar services I will definitely be using Mr. Hancock again. It is impressive to me that someone would walk away from such an experience being thankful to have gone through it seeing that there is a great lawyer out there to properly represent the needs of the client. I can't thank you enough, Mr. Hancock. If I could rate higher than the 5 stars I gave I most certainly would do so!! Thank you, thank you for your assistance with my need!!
