Hurricane Sally settlement

My brother is an attorney, and I have often thought how grateful his clients must be to have an attorney like him. If I ever needed legal help, I would hope for someone like him, the right combination of intelligence and compassion, seeing the humanity of his clients, and investing in them, as if the...y were his family. Now that we have needed legal support with insurance litigation, I am reminded of how my brother’s clients must feel. Brian’s engagement with us was characterized by kind intelligence and integrity. We experienced him as invested, effective, personable, available, professional, genuine, truthful, insightful, savvy, realistic, and optimistic. If a person needs surgery, a patient may be willing to sacrifice “bedside manner” for a highly skilled, competent surgeon. In Brian, we had both. He was surgical in his approach to our case and thoughtful and caring in relationship to us. The staff, including Sarah and Blake, were the same way – extremely helpful, knowledgable, efficient, positive, and caring. We are grateful for the result and highly recommend Brian and his team!

Home improvement dispute

Brian Hancock and his team were extremely professional. Kept me informed of case developments by email, phone, or text.
