Biography
I am a native of Pensacola and have practiced law throughout Northwest Florida for over 34 years. I have tried over 100 jury trials and now focus my practice in the areas of consumer law, personal injury, and insurance litigation.
I do not represent banks, debt buyers, debt collectors, or insurance companies. I represent people who are being harassed or sued by debt collectors, auto accident victims, and people who are being denied insurance benefits for auto, health, and life insurance. I also represent homeowners in hurricane insurance claims.
I have been Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Civil Trial Lawyer and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1990. I have been named a Florida Super Lawyer as well as one of Florida Trend Magazine's Legal Elite.
I handle claims throughout the Florida Panhandle.
