Richard Dale Ogburn

This was a DCF case involving our grandchild & when I tell you everything that could possibly go wrong...it did! I guess you could say with all the twist & turns in this case, it is by far one for the records. We retained Mr Ogburn in what most would say was, "The Witching" hour. Very limited time to... make mountains move in favor of the future of our grand baby. Mr. Ogburn came in did his job above & beyond expectations. Which in turn lit the fire under others whom did not do their job like they should have from the start. Accountability & progress was made when he stepped in & finally progress was being made. Our only regret is not retaining him sooner. He is tough & will tell you things you may not want to hear but all I can say is, "suck it up" because he knows what he is doing & is only helping when others falter with truth, facts, & justice being served. He is & always will be a blessing to us for helping save our grand baby to what could have & almost was a life where she would have been yet another sad story & statistic. Because of Mr Ogburn's knowledge & tough court room demeanor we can say without a doubt that he helped save our grand baby's life who will now have the life that this innocent baby deserves with a loving & bright future ahead. To God be the glory for leading us to him & bringing hope and justice for this baby's future. Thank you Mr. Ogburn!! A++++++++++++++++++
