I am a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney in Panama City, Florida.  I serve the 14th Judicial Circuit and other major cities in Florida.

After handling hundreds and hundreds of personal injury cases I realized the problem is not putting the case together - the problem is the people that keep causing injuries, most often, don't have the resources or insurance to pay for the problems they cause.  Accordingly, buying Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage is an absolute must. 

Secondly, if insurance is available, the insurnace companies have no problem letting the injured party ruin their case on their own.  What you do after an injury is very, very important.  You must get some information on how cases work and what you need to do make sure your case has the strongest chance of success. 

This is where my focus is today.  That is what my blog is about;  what my books are about; what my videos are about; and what my practice is about.  I wish you the best and hope you find something about my practice helpful to you. 

I started in the field of Personal Injury Law in Law School when I worked as a clerk in Birmingham, Alabama for Tipler & Larkin all the way back in 1992.  Steve Tipler taught me that handling cases properly is all about details, details, details. I have never forgotten that.  Tom Larkin taught me you must know people in the community to be effective. 

To this end, everyone must be treated fairly - no matter their occupation, status, or pay grade.  I have done this and continue to do this each and every day. 

I was born and raised in Panama City, Florida.   I love the people and the community.  I am married. My wife Carla and I have two children.
