OUTCOME: Settlement for Estate of our client

Wrongful death cases arising from a motor vehicle crash. Car 3 hit car 2 which hit car 1. My client, a mother of two small children ultimately died from her injuries. Car 2 alleged it had no liabili ... ty because it did not hit Car 1 until after Car 3 hit it. However, Car 3 had been chasing Car 2 because Car 2 stole gas. So, we argued Car 2 was also liable. The trial court agreed with Car 2, the First District Court of Appeal agreed with us that this was a question of fact for the jury to decide.
