Elizabeth Fletcher Henderson

Henderson is Not on the side of proper medical pet care or getting justice for pet owners due to vet negligence. My case was dismissed against a vet assistant that failed to diagnose my dog with cancer. After running numerous tests I was told my dog was fine and just needed a teeth cleaning. 2weeks ...later he died. Even after providing records, dates, and various other documents my case was still completely dismissed. Also, I didn’t receive the dismissal notice until almost 1yr after the incident occurred. It’s very clear her true interest is to protect veterinarians, no matter how incompetent, and not for our precious animals. My sweet dog didn’t deserve this. Note: Henderson was automatically assigned to my case. No consultation was even provided.

Ms Henderson dismissed a complain which I had made with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The complaint against a negligent veterinarian had been in the system for six and a half months. She dismissed it rather than send it to the veterinary board. Who is Elizabeth Fletc...her Henderson to decide that my cats life was unimportant?
