I am an attorney who helps individuals and businesses find creative and effective solutions to problems.  My principal areas of focus are bankruptcy and business litigation.

As a lawyer, I have helped individuals and businesses unmask, track-down, and forensically identify individuals across the globe who engaged in cyberstalking, cyber harassment, revenge porn, or cybersquatting.  I have successfully removed clients' revenge porn (along with other images and business marks) from the internet, and forensically tracked, identified, and confronted the posters of the unlawfully obtained material.  I have obtained decisions allowing the forensic identification of individuals who merely asked for copies of clients' content on .  I have also advised numerous websites faced with decisions as to whether to remove particular content.  

As a litigator, I have successfully defended numerous corporations in significant bet-the-company class-action litigation matters throughout the country, ranging from allegations of fraud, false billing, and selling, or manufacturing, defective medical devices.  I have also obtained multi-million dollar jury verdicts against officers and directors accused of wrongdoing.  In defense cases, I have successfully defended and vindicated officers, directors, and individuals who were wrongfully accused. I have also successfully obtained jurisdiction over individuals and businesses in Hong Kong, China, Italy, and Spain, when necessary to provide relief to domestic individuals and companies.

As a bankruptcy lawyer, I have guided numerous individuals and companies through Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 bankruptcies. I have also represented creditors in bankruptcy matters, bankruptcy trustees charged with the duty to collect unlawful transfers, those accused of having received unlawful transfers from a bankrupt, and creditors' committees in bankruptcy cases.
