Sean Timothy Desmond

When in my time of greatest turmoil and loss, I sought assistance in court matters to develop and finalize a divorce. I was at a complete loss of where to start, and my case was not going to be "simple" by any means. In fact, due to the complexity of the case, online services were NOT of any help, ...other attorneys were "unsure" where to begin and insisted on charging an arm/leg/firstborn for fees with an unwillingness to negotiate payment, and nobody demonstrated any empathy towards my situation... and then there was Mr. Desmond. Upon getting my information, Mr. Desmond immediately called me from his personal cell phone, after hours, and on his way to an outing. I explained the nature of my case and my financial situation (I was just beginning a 2-year University program), and he was completely understanding and willing to work with me on my case. After many meetings and follow-up paperwork, we took our case to court. In a very short order of time, my very complicated divorce was resolved. We won our case. After the case, I received information from the bank where I was co-signed onto a mortgage for a house was pursuing foreclosure proceedings. Mr. Desmond guided me to the proper resources to finalize that case. Because of Mr. Desmond's efforts and guidance, the only fees I had to afford for throughout the court hearings/trials were attorneys' fees, and he and his references were able to work with me on those costs and payments therein (given I had began school by this point). I could not be more grateful towards Mr. Desmond and his practice. Throughout, Mr. Desmond demonstrated nothing but professionalism, integrity, respect and excellence towards me, my case, and the court system as a whole. I was absolutely satisfied with his efforts, and I would HIGHLY recommend his practice.

Sean does a great job of gaining your trust. He's seems like your advocate when you are in the his office - his performance in the court room is completely different. After preparing for trial and having a "game plan", he ditched it all on trial day. It was as if he threw it out the door. My ex...perience with Sean has me jaded and mistrusting of lawyers. Sean says one thing and does another. He boasts knowledge and understanding, but it soon becomes apparent he may not understand as much as he would want you to believe. We really trusted his judgement, but his strategy involved putting us in a more vunerable position, resulting in a prison sentence. Perhaps he doesn't have reviews here b/c inmates don't have access to the Internet. Please find someone else for criminal trial needs.
