Awesome Fighter in the court room

Awesome Mr Prince is very knowledgeable and precise when it comes to the law. He goes for the throats of every LIE that the state trie to bring against his clients. I saw this man and two other attorneys fight for the lives of their clients who were facing 3 death sentences each for crimes that were... all based on LIES. Mr Prince and his two Co-Attorneys went hard and toe to toe to prove every lie that the state brought against their clients and because of the proven evidence, hard work and long hours of fighting the case was won. Never get on the stand with lies and wrong intentions because Mr Prince is a bulldog in the court room. He is a Perry Mason in disguise .

The Worst

So I was jumped in 2021 by 5 guys at a bar. Some how I was charged with battery 2 counts. Went to Nathan because he was affiliated with another good attorney in Tallahassee. Had a consultation and he was very confident and assured us that he would have the case thrown out and the guys that put me in... the hospital charged. Well that never happened. Actually nothing happened the entire year but excuses and reasons why he wasn't filing any of the motions he was supposed to. He never responded to request. I would have court on a Tuesday and wouldn't know if I was needed until the morning of. He lied multiple times. Claimed to be friends with the lead state attorney in communication with him when in reality he hadn't spoke to him at all. So we never had plea negotiations at all. Ever. I was scheduled to go to trail on a Wed. Nathan waited until the Monday before trail to try to get depositions. The state attorney then threatened to move my case to felony if I didn't take the plea. My attorney didn't remember on day 1 I said I had a previous charge from 17 years ago. He couldn't remember basic case details. All red flags but I was suckered. Please stay away from this attorney.

Do Not Hire!!!

This man is a complete joke and so is his office staff! Never answers the phone never responds back to emails or texts. When I spoke to the paralegal she responded “I have to prep for another trial”. Everything Nathan said he would do he did not. When I asked questions about the plea his response was... “because that’s the deal”. Never seen this man in person and when I asked to see him I was told “he’s out of town”. Again he is a complete joke of a lawyer. A public defender would have done better job! Please save yourself the time and trouble and look elsewhere!

Save your money do not hire him!!

Hired this man and I use that term loosely to represent my brother on a probation violation case. He fed us so much bs in the consultation and we hired him based on how well he represented himself. After hiring him everything went downhill. He stopped communicating, never once visited my brother in j...ail the whole time he was “representing” him. He was hired in February and as I’m writing this he has yet to even lay eyes on my brother. It appears as if he works for the state and not for his clients. Be careful!!

DO NOT HIRE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

Hired Nathan Prince to handle a VOP from over a decade ago. He stated the matter should take less than a week to resolve. For months, I would only get correspondence from Nathan via text stating he was playing phone tag with the judge to discuss my case. Nathan stopped responding for a few months. I ...finally was able to get in contact with him to express my displeasure and desire to resolve my case immediately. He got back to me and stated I need to travel back to Florida from across the country in less than a week's notice. When I stated such a request isn't possible, he responded saying if I did not travel back to Florida within the week that he would recuse himself from my case. It's been over a year since I hired him and I have not heard from him in over 6 months. I hope this review stops anyone who is considering hiring him.
