Biography
GANNON M. COENS is an associate attorney with Bodiford Law, focusing his practice in the various areas of criminal defense. He has been an invaluable member of the firm since February 2015, having served as a law clerk prior to his position as an associate.
Gannon Coens received his J.D. law degree from Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated in December 2015. A true Seminole, he received his B.S. from Florida State as well, graduating cum laude with honors in 2013, and earning a dual degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology.
In addition to his work for Bodiford Law, he also interned briefly at the State Attorney’s Office for the Second Circuit of Florida (Leon County).
Gannon Coens' experience with Bodiford Law has given him a great working knowledge of the "inside" of the criminal justice system. He has drafted numerous successful motions and appellate briefs that have obtained relief for clients, including the suppression of evidence, motions to dismiss, bond issues, driver license issues, and more. He has successfully litigated numerous jury trials, and has an intimate working knowledge of the courtroom.
Having both worked in and studied the various areas of the criminal justice system for more than 10 years, Gannon Coens is very well-equipped to handle any criminal matter you are faced with and will work tirelessly in your defense.
