The bomb

My previous attorney was NOT a family law attorney. John came in when I was in desperate need of help. My ex had set me up with criminal charges, was trying to take away our infant daughter and had emergency hearing already scheduled! John not only got criminal charges dismissed but totally domin...ated in court saving my equal parenting time. When I call or text, he responds and is ready. Even more importantly, he delivers. Any one else saying other wise has no clue what they are talking about.

On top of it

I hired John in 2013 and in less then 3 months had my divorce completely finished. My Ex was contentious (and continues to be) and did everything to make life miserable. John was responsive to phone calls, texts, e-mails and a vindictive ex. I could not have asked for a more competent and professi...onal handling of what was the worst time of my life. Thank you John

unreliable

This attorney is unreliable and has questionable ethics. During mediation, he left me alone with the mediator for over two hours, for which I still got billed. He tried to settle out of court, but when that fell through, he upped my" flat rate". Out of many phone calls and texts over 6 months, he o...nly returned two. His assistant however is a very nice and helpful person. Unfortunately her hands are tied because John makes the final decisions. I was also put off by how he had berated my previous attorney and our opposing attorney. I hope that you will research his court cases before retaining John Kenny.

MAN OF HIS WORD

John C Kenny is a Great Attorney and I felt a bond that was beyond Attorney to Client relationship. I was in a terrible situation and he assured me that I would get everything that I was entitled too with the visitation of my son. He is very knowledgeable of the Laws in Florida and will fight for you... till the end. I was very hesitant because this was a delicate situation and I wanted the best to represent me, and he made me feel at ease with a quick response to the summons and informing me of the laws since I was new to Florida. Mr. Kenny is worth every penny that I spent for his representation and is very fair compared to other attorneys that just wants you to pay before they even talk to you. You won't go wrong with this choice.

Highly Recommend Mr. Kenny

I have known Mr. Kenny for approximately 6 months becoming acquainted with him from a friend who advised me he was the best attorney to hire for my son's child custody/parternity case. Being a family law case there where a lot of emotions, we were very anxious and called a lot. Mr. Kenny was always... ready to listen to my concerns, my questions and gave realistic expectations to each of my issues. Although the mother of the child tried to limit time and make the situation unbearable, Mr. Kenny was prepared, he fought hard for my son's parneting time and we are thrilled with the final resolution. The settlement was very favorable not just becaseu of how hard he worked, but becase he listend and he was ready for every scenrio. I highly recommend JOhn Keny as he is wihtout reserveration an asset to his clients and the profession.
