Amazingly helpful

Ardian was professional,curtious,and extremely helpful with our immigration case. He was expedient with the processing of paperwork, and when there was a delay with the uscis service he kept us informed. We will use his services again when it is time for US Naturalization.

Never stops working

Ardian is the best immigration lawyer in town. He worked nonstop on our case the last 5 years and was always there whenever we had a question. He worked nonstop because our case was filled with obstacles and we needed a lawyer who could over come them and did he deliver. After 16 years of legal ba...ttles of trying to come to the United States, Ardian made it happen. He is always helpful and always communicates updates on case. We cannot thank him enough. Highly recommend to everyone from Europe to friends and family in Canada and the US.

Outstanding Service and Expertise

After 13 years of waiting for our petitions priority date, we didn't want to take any chances, and looked for an attorney who is knowledgeable and we could trust. Ardian is both. He was highly recommended by our cousin. He answered all of the questions we had and was very responsive during the whole ...process. He was highly recommended and we would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great lawyer!

Professional-Courteous-Genuine

This being my first foray into the immigration system, I cannot speak to how an immigration attorney should conduct his business. I can however, share with you our experience with Mr. Gjoka as our legal counsel. From day one Ardian made us feel at ease by calmly explaining what we could expect, lay...ing out the process, answering our myriad of questions and allaying our fears and concerns. As in any endeavor, there are always going to be twists and turns which need to be maneuvered through and it was in these times that Mr. Gjoka's experience and capability shone through! Not only did he handle everything necessary on the legal side, he was also always just a phone call away to answer our questions and put our minds at ease. My wife and I were impressed with the relationships he had built within the immigration services hierarchy as it was evident in the respect they all seemed to have for him. My wife and I are, and will always be, eternally grateful for what Mr Gjoka has helped us achieve...Our American Dream! Now a reality! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Ardian!
