I believe good estate planning is not a "one-size-fits-all" proposition. No two families are alike. I also believe that estate planning is not a one-time transaction. It is a lifelong process that adapts as a client's family dynamics change. I aspire to have my clients see me as their trusted advisor for life, walking with them every step of the way to ensure that they finish their race well.
I am married to a beautiful woman and we are approaching our 30th anniversary. We have two wonderful young adult children, a daughter who works as a physical therapist with a rehab hospital and a son who just finished his first year of law school. We recently added a 5th member to our family when our daughter got married to her new husband. My wife and I enjoy hiking and traveling. I also enjoy umpiring high school baseball games ... keeps me young!

Gun Trust
The knowledge shown by Legacy Planning Law Group far surpassed my expectations for the Gun Trust that was put together for me. Bill O'Leary and his team were very professional in the execution of the trust, and made the process painless.

Estate planning
I just had living trust done by William O'Leary and found him to be very informed and patient in explaining all the details of the trust. He and his staff are well informed and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone needing some estate planning.

Although my wife and I are both CPAs (and in theory should "know better"), in 21 years of marriage we never took the time to make a will. Our life insurance agent persuaded us that the time had come and suggested a consultation with Bill O'Leary. We honestly did not know where to begin. Bill is frien...

The Financial Planning seminar is a must attend. A lot of pertinent information is covered in a succinct and meaningful manner. It is a great starting point for planning for the future. I always thought I could wait, but the seminar makes it clear that estate planning needs to begin now. The info...
