In complete shock after reading his comment/advice on a person who was filming at a police station. How can you tell a person that a public buildings policy overrides the actual law. Calling filming in public illegal and advising people they will get arrested is absurd, especially when you tell them ...they better have a good defense attorney available. After reading your advice to that person who was 100% legally allowed to film I question how in 2024 are there still Lawyers and Police who aren’t knowledgeable about peoples constitutional rights, it’s embarrassing

Despite my being in Colorado and Mr. Kaufman being in FL he answered my question within HOURS with clearly no thought of any ability to hire hm. I want to further note that he did so first thing on Wednesday before Thanksgiving when everyone is trying to get things done prior to the holidays or sp...ending time with family. His time during this period is extremely limited yet people are important to him and has a true desire to help guide those of us that desperately need it. If you end up seeking an attorney take serious consideration of Mr. Kaufman. TY so much for your response
