Barry W. Kaufman

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Barry W. Kaufman. From the moment we spoke, he came across as rude, arrogant, and condescending. Instead of offering guidance or support, he made me feel like an inconvenience — constantly interrupting, talking down to me, and treating me as if I were ...beneath him for simply asking basic legal questions. Rather than explaining anything clearly, he seemed more interested in making me feel stupid, and then tried to push me into paying more money on top of it. It felt less like a consultation and more like a hustle. If you're already stressed out dealing with legal or financial trouble, this is NOT the kind of person you want on your side.

This individual will post irrelevant, blanket responses to any question despite the fact he clearly has no knowledge or insight into the individuals specific circumstances. He will comment on questions pertaining to legalities outside of his scope of practice. He will then argue with you as to the... validity of his involvement.

In complete shock after reading his comment/advice on a person who was filming at a police station. How can you tell a person that a public buildings policy overrides the actual law. Calling filming in public illegal and advising people they will get arrested is absurd, especially when you tell them ...they better have a good defense attorney available. After reading your advice to that person who was 100% legally allowed to film I question how in 2024 are there still Lawyers and Police who aren’t knowledgeable about peoples constitutional rights, it’s embarrassing

He likes to post irrelevant things on your questions and mock your situation. I live in Kentucky so I have no need for a Florida lawyer and I stated my situation with a little backstory and he not only tried to make me look stupid but continued to come back and add more comments with his condescendin...g opinions and unasked for "advice" I think he enjoys trolling people. I did not consult him and asked him to move on to someone else and he just continued to come back and insult me personally.
