Team Slumlord
Barry is an idiot doesn't listen and thinks he knows it all. He defense slumlords and needs to be stopped . What a waste of space

Very to the point.
I needed to know specifically how long I had to move due to my 3 day notice and was informed by Barry within a very short time span of posting my question. Barry has easily relieved a LOT of stress off of my shoulders. Thank you Barry.

helpful, realistic legal insight
Mr. Kaufman provided a lot of helpful insight to my current landlord/tenant dilemma. He helped me understand what options are available to me for disputing bogus damage charges & how a collection agency operates.

Encouraging advise
I tried my best to do it myself by following his instructions in amending my complaint for eviction . It seems like I'm on the right track . Before I could submit my forms I have to ask the judge by filing a "motion for leave"
