Summer Nicole Boyd

I was referred to Summer Boyd by a friend who had used her previously and had only positive things to say. After consulting with her I hired her for child custody and she won my case. Summer Boyd is a great attorney! She was recommended to me by several people at Daniel Kids. After speaking with her, I immediately hired her. While she explained to me that grandparents did not have rights, she strongly believe that having the children with me was in the best interest of the girls. ...She went to every hearing and kept me informed every step of the way. Although it was a long battle, through her perseverance and tenacity, I was able to get custody of the girls and I have now adopted them.

My children were on a week on week off visitation schedule between their mother and myself for a couple of years following our separation/divorce. Initially, I thought it would be a good idea for the kids to see us both equally, but after a while their mother began to take prescription pain medicati...on and became addicted. She was almost always completely out of it and barely lucid. I worried for their safety, on those weeks. The kids began acting out in school, falling behind due to excessive absences, and one even ended up Baker acted. The idea of trying to take their mother to court and asking for full custody was overwhelming. After consulting with Summer, my current spouse and I decided to hire her right away. Summer is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Summer Boyd, both as an attorney and as a person. I hired Summer Boyd in December of 2015 and my case was a very long, tough road…it just ended last week! Summer had a lot more work on her hands with my case than she initially though when we first met as I am ...an extremely organized person that keeps records of most everything.
