He was a really good lawyer years ago and got a lot of issues accomplished for us but something changed. We hired him to file some zoning issues we were having, Weeks turned into months with excuse after excuse about why he was making no progress. He took our $2500 and lied to us about filing the pap...erwork with the city. I called the city and there was no paperwork filed on our behalf. In fact no one downtown even knows who he is these days. We never heard from him again. It used to be he knew everyone, but times have changed. I would not give this lawyer a dime unless you just want to throw your money and time away.

The worst lawyer I have encountered, STAY AWAY. Tim Franklin was recommended as a competent, skillful, aggressive and straight forward attorney. What he is skillful at is nickle and diming for every call, email, and message he send me, without notifying me of charges or asking for updates. What he ...is competent and aggressive is pressuring his client for money. After retainer, I paid him 2,500 in a matter of 4 weeks and NOTHING was done on my case. He is so bad, that he filed papers the morning of hearing, after waiting and wasting 3 weeks. To put pressure on me as his client he set up a hearing and then when I refused to pay more for nothing in contradiction with our retainer agreement. He left me 48 hours before hearing and refuses to return leftover retainer or reschedule hearing. Too Many other problems to list, just STAY AWAY!
