Biography
In 20 years of practice I've handled over 10,000 closings ranging from $1 to $120,000,000. My specialty is all facets residential and commercial real estate. If you need a Sales Contract, are selling your property, are buying property, or have any other real estate related issues I can help you. I am proud to have served as an instructor for the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and speak on a monthly basis to all incoming Realtors in the subject of Contract Law.
I moved to Florida from North Carolina in 1990 after graduating with a degree in Engineering from North Carolina State University. Since then I have had the pleasure of attending the University of Florida College of Law and enjoyed living in the Jacksonville Beaches area. Spending time with my son Ian, daughter Julia, and my wife Sarah is my favorite thing. My hobbies are flying airplanes, snow skiing, and traveling. Life is wonderful and I enjoy it every day- Carpe Diem!
