Michael Taylor Bowlus

I have practised law for 30 years (this October) in many jurisdictions and in many types of cases. My experience saves my clients money and time. My skills, both writing and verbal combined with a keen grip on the law make me an effective advocate and counselor.

I am a musician and an avid traveler. I like to hike in the wilderness (Death Valley, Big Bend, Zion, Gran Tetons...) and I enjoy the big city, too. Active in several charities I have traveled to Cameroon and Costa Rica, and lead groups into prisons. I have run my own business before coming to practise law and have been married to my wife for 35 years.

I have real life experiences that didn't come from school, a government office, or by taking the easy way out. My convicitons have not always been shared but they have always been sustaining.

I enjoy cooking (I once worked as a chef) and laughing. Quality of life is more important than quantity and being an honest attorney has hurt my career, but never my conscience.
