Keith Johnson was highly recommended to me by a family member and exceeded all expectations with getting me through a difficult time. Mr. Johnson is one of the most knowledgeable and professional bankrupt and tax attorneys in the business. He and his staff were considered very professional and confident in their area of expertise. I highly recommend his services based on knowing that you are getting the best resolve and / or results obtainable.

Mr. Johnson may know tax law, but he nickel and dimes his clients by charging double what other firms do for copies, mailings and the like. Makes copies of things that could be emailed so he can charge extra. Copied documents that didn;t need to be copied for me. Billed me for cover letters that were done by his assistants and only signed by him. He dodges calls when he doesn't feel like talking to his clients. One time I couldn't get in touch with him regarding my case and was told he was out of the office (I was standing in the parking lot), he was very much there. I don't appreciate being lied to and the staff seem to "lie" whenever Mr. Johnson decides they should. Overall, he burned through my $5,000 retainer with absolutely NO progress. Would not recommend him, but there aren't many options out there for tax attorneys. Bottom line: try and find another knowledgeable tax attorney because his $5k quote will end up costing you double.

I met with Keith at a time when I had substantial tax liens and increasing pressure from an IRS revenue officer. He gave me hope without making me feel like a "loser" in life. Kept me fully informed throughout, and led me to a much better than expected result. Excellent representation at a reasonable cost. I cannot thank him enough.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
