I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jessica Quiggle, Esq. after I had an unfortunate incident on a cruise line during my annual vacation with my best friend. My mishap was a very unpleasant experience overall, and I was going through a lot as a result physically and personally. Mrs. Quiggle u...nderstood exactly how I was feeling and was empathetic towards me in regards to my situation from the first moment I spoke to her on the phone. Right away she sent me documents to fill out and complete, and when I didn't understand them, she quickly offered to walk me through each part of what I was expected to complete. As a result, I was able to go to her office with short notice and she sat down with me the entire time and personally helped me complete and understand each part of those documents. She was the consummate professional, got to know me personally, demonstrated excellent customer service skills and had a warm, kind and friendly "bedside" manner... as a result I truly felt cared for throughout the process of working with her on my case. She was extremely patient with me and made sure that I felt comfortable with each phase of the process of pursuing my case, and at the end of each interaction with her I felt very supported. I had worked with another attorney in the past, but never previously experienced her level of professionalism and kindness. Mrs. Quiggle is highly intelligent and knowledgeable about everything pertaining to my case and the law, yet she was also very skilled at breaking things down for me so that I could fully understand them, as I am not familiar with legal aspects, cases, etc. whatsoever. I never felt like I was just another client with her - my feelings regarding my accident were validated throughout our time working together and she KNEW my case without having to read or review documentation pertaining to it. She also prepared me extremely well for each step of the process and prior to attending physicians reviews or court mediation, she would walk me through what I should expect (which served to greatly decrease my anxiety about everything). When it was time for mediation with the plaintiff's attorney, I was so nervous and emotional speaking and answering questions about what I endured, but she was very understanding and encouraging throughout the process. She worked extremely hard on my case, and did her research on everything and she was very well prepared each time I met with her. I am so very happy with the end result of my case as a result - and while I am so relieved that the whole experience is behind me, I feel so blessed that I had the opportunity to work with such a warm and caring professional throughout that process. If given the opportunity to work with Mrs. Quiggle again, I would jump at the chance (although at the same time I hope that I never, ever have to hire another attorney again)!
