I received an ad in the mail from Thole and Drach that is how I became aware of a notice to appear in a hearing for debt collections so I checked to see reviews and background on the firm. I read alot of positive reviews. I called the number and got a free consultation and everything else was done ov...er email. I signed all the paperwork electronically and they settled my case quickly. I was so pleased with the outcome. I checked the court records and everything was just a they explained in the email. So this is a legit attorney who can help you settle debt collections. I received other ads but none offered anything like Thole did. I highly recommend her.

I am extremely pleased with this firm. Amanda and her coworkers were very professional and got the job done that they told they would do. I worked with them completely thru e-mail. Never spoke to any one at all. They will definitely be my go to if I am in need in the future. They settled my debt with... no payment. I highly recommend Amanda and this firm to anyone who is in the unfortunate position of being sued for debt collection. I just cannot say enough good things about them. I called the this law office after being referred by a legal service with high hopes I would at least be able to receive some advice about a debt collection issue. I read great reviews which sounded very similar to the problem I have going on currently. I called the law office and gave the informatio...n to receptionist- I was referred by "X" legal company, I have a claim confirmation number, and here is a summary of what I have going on. The receptionist immediately tried to write me off by saying that this firm doesn't "work with those companies." I explained that I wasn't asking them to work with anyone and that I was seeking legal advice regarding the debt collection due to negligence by the company the service was provided by. I was placed on hold for a few minutes and after the receptionist came back on the line was told they "don't handle" the kind of matter I was inquiring about. From what I understand reading reviews of other clients, this is EXACTLY the kind of issue this attorney handles and it seemed like they just couldn't be bothered to listen to what I had going on. I would not recommend someone to reach out to this firm for the simple fact that I don't feel I was listened to or given any information to help me look in the right direction for what I need.
