I called the this law office after being referred by a legal service with high hopes I would at least be able to receive some advice about a debt collection issue. I read great reviews which sounded very similar to the problem I have going on currently. I called the law office and gave the informatio...n to receptionist- I was referred by "X" legal company, I have a claim confirmation number, and here is a summary of what I have going on. The receptionist immediately tried to write me off by saying that this firm doesn't "work with those companies." I explained that I wasn't asking them to work with anyone and that I was seeking legal advice regarding the debt collection due to negligence by the company the service was provided by. I was placed on hold for a few minutes and after the receptionist came back on the line was told they "don't handle" the kind of matter I was inquiring about. From what I understand reading reviews of other clients, this is EXACTLY the kind of issue this attorney handles and it seemed like they just couldn't be bothered to listen to what I had going on. I would not recommend someone to reach out to this firm for the simple fact that I don't feel I was listened to or given any information to help me look in the right direction for what I need.

I had an appointment w/Amanda for Oct. 17th and due to the fact that I misplaced their new address, missed appt. I called office before 1:30 and left 3 messages to ask for the address. (BTW; if anyone looks on the website, every place showed their old mailing address; not their current one! I did jus...t come out to AVVO and they finally did change their address here. Probably did it last night.) None of them were answered and I drove over there to try and find the place even though I did not have address. Found one place that had #17 on door but law office on side of door said something other than "Law Office of ThoeleDrach"" and I left. Today (Oct. 18) I called office and got a VERY RUDE man who told me since I missed appt. I would now have to pay a fee. He did acknowledge HE had received my messages, but when I tried to explain, he cut me off and then said they could not take my case. I tried to ask why, but he totally evaded my question and hung up on me. I cannot believe anyone could be so RUDE and know there is some reason why she would not take my case, but it's beyond me as to why and if you are looking to hire this law firm, I would think twice! I still can't believe when they were going to get paid, why they would be so mean and nasty to me. So all I have to say is "what goes around, comes around" and eventually they will have to answer for their lack of treating another human being so badly. Shame on them and I will pursue even this law firm with another lawyer. They are not worth giving your money too, as they may hang up on you too!
